डीडीए के निर्देशानुसार SNS (समस्या निदान सेवा) के माध्यम से नई शिकायतों का पंजीकरण बंद कर दिया गया है। नई शिकायत दर्ज करने के लिए कृपया केवल DDA-311 मोबाइल ऐप का उपयोग करें। SNS (समस्या निदान सेवा) अब केवल पहले से दर्ज शिकायतों की स्थिति देखने के लिए उपलब्ध रहेगी।

In compliance with DDA directions, registration of new grievances through SNS (Samasya Nidaan Sewa) has been discontinued. Citizens are advised to lodge new grievances exclusively through the DDA-311 Mobile Application. SNS (Samasya Nidaan Sewa) shall remain available only for viewing the status of existing grievances.
